As part of our 1000 Members Party, we will be having a lecture from Jeff for all to benefit. Please vote for your favourite topic or suggest a new one.

Despite the extra cold winter and the extra hot summer some of you are currently experiencing, you have been actively playing league games and are surely waiting for the overdue results of the January leagues. This month saw a lot of activity including a new 9x9 league, the launch of a new external community run by the Chilean Go Federation, and many new members bringing the total OSR membership to over 1000!

I hope you all had a good start into the new year and I can see that you are already eagerly playing games for the new league. However - due to all of us being busy bees over the holidays we have not even announced the winners of the December leagues yet.

So let’s do that now! Since we just had a huge post full of detailed league statistics we will keep it short and simple today.

The OSR team wishes everyone a happy and successful 2019! We hope your plans for the new year will also include some Go - whether it be playing games, reviewing, learning or just chatting with your fellow players on Discord!

Our newest teacher is offering free teaching lessons or reviews of pre-played games of your choice. Jean-François Gagnier (aka BoneSaw, 4D CGA) will be doing this on [gmt]2019/01/05 20:00[/gmt]. Don't forget to register your interest with him.
